CMI does not do any package delivery. If you shipped a package with CMI, please track your package with the appropriate carrier – it will have been shipped FedEx, UPS or US Mail.

If you are awaiting delivery of a package at your home or office, this will be done by the carrier it was shipped with. CMI is not able to access information regarding package deliveries. You will need to get a tracking number from the shipper, and track it using the appropriate carrier.

Yes, you can ship a package be delivered at CMI for pick up by you. The charge is $3 per package under 20 lbs and $15 per package over 20 lbs.

Packages can be picked up any time during regular business hours.

Saturday delivery is location-dependent. Both FedEx and UPS offer Saturday delivery to some locations. For more information, please speak with a CMI shipping associate.

FedEx and UPS both offer Package Protection (sometimes called “insurance”) to cover lost or damaged packages. Package Protection must be purchased at the time of shipment by listing a Declared Value on the package.

Without Package Protection, both FedEx and UPS cover up to $100 for a lost or damaged shipment.

USPS Priority Mail covers up to $50 for lost or damaged shipments.

CMI is a UPS drop-off location. This is different than The UPS Store, and the services offered are different.

If you have an Amazon return, with a label or a QR code, CMI can take the package (fees apply if CMI your label or QR code is digital only, as printing is required).

All other packages needing The UPS Store cannot be dropped off at CMI. Contact the company it should be returned to and let me know there is no The UPS Store within 75 miles.
